A price with no scope beside it is not information. Each service below states what it covers, what it does not, and who it suits, so the choice can be made before the first conversation rather than during it.

Design consultation
no charge
Up to forty-five minutes with the florist who would make the work. Colour direction, season, container, budget, delivery access and date are all settled, and the conversation ends with a written note of what was agreed. No flowers are cut and nothing is ordered in at this stage.
Suits Anyone ordering for a wedding, a funeral or an event, and anyone spending more than the usual shop price who would rather decide slowly.

Hand-tied bouquet
from $48
A spiral-bound bouquet built at the bench in about forty-five minutes from what the market brought in that week, then wrapped in water so it travels. The stated price is for the smallest size; larger bouquets and specific flowers are quoted before any stem is cut.
Suits A birthday, a thank you, a hospital visit, or a standing weekly order for a hallway table.

Seasonal vase arrangement
from $95
An arrangement built into its own vase over about ninety minutes, conditioned and finished so it can be delivered standing and needs nothing doing to it on arrival. The vase is included in the price and the written care sheet goes with it.
Suits A restaurant table, a shop counter, a reception desk, or a gift that should not need a vase found for it.

Event flowers, full day
from $1,100
One working day, from the market run at dawn to the last piece placed on site. Ceremony flowers, table arrangements and one installation piece are covered, and no other event shares the bench that day. The quote follows the venue walk-through rather than preceding it.
Suits A wedding, a launch or a memorial where the flowers have to be in place at a fixed hour.

Venue walk-through
$50
Sixty minutes at the venue with the events coordinator, measuring the spaces that will hold flowers and noting ceiling height, light, access times and where water can be reached. It ends with a written note the quote is then built from. The fee is credited against a confirmed event booking.
Suits Anyone holding an event in a room the shop has not worked in before.

Vase care kit
$22
Flower food for six changes of water, a bottle brush for the vase, a pair of stem snips and the shop's written care sheet. Included with every event order at no extra charge; the price listed applies when a kit is bought on its own.
Suits Anyone who keeps flowers in the house every week, and anyone replacing a kit that has run out.
What happens in each of the three stages

Consultation
A conversation about the occasion, the colours, the container and the date. It costs nothing and commits nobody, and it ends with a written note of what was discussed.

Quote and market list
The quote states the size, the flowers the shop expects to get and what stands in if the market does not bring them. Nothing is ordered in until the quote is accepted.

Making and handover
The work is made on the agreed day from conditioned stems, and it leaves in water with a written care sheet. Event work is placed on site at the hour named in the quote.
When another shop is the better answer
Wren Street Flowers will not promise a flower the market has not brought in, will not take a second event on a day already given to one, and will not sell a stem that has not been conditioned on this bench. A shop that says yes to every request is not being generous; it is deciding to disappoint somebody later.
