Service

About the flowers themselves

How should a visitor choose a service?

Start with the six service descriptions and their prices. A hand-tied bouquet leaves with the customer the same day; a vase arrangement is built to stand where it is delivered. When two look equally suitable, the contact form settles it before anything is ordered in.

Are the displayed prices final?

Published prices apply to the stated scope. A “from” price is the smallest version of that arrangement; size, container and any specific flower can raise it, and a written quote is confirmed before a stem is cut.

Is a design consultation needed for every order?

No. A single bouquet or a vase arrangement can be ordered by telephone or through the contact form. The consultation exists for weddings, memorials and events, where the date, the venue and the budget all have to be settled together.

Contact

Getting in touch and what happens next

Can a visitor ask for a particular florist?

Yes. Name the florist in the message field and the shop will say whether that is possible for the date in question. Availability is confirmed separately and a request is never treated as a confirmed order.

If the question is not here, the contact form reaches the shop directly and an answer does not require an order. Send a question instead.

Does the website complete an order?

No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an order, a price or a delivery date.

How are changes or cancellations handled?

Use the published telephone number or the contact form. Flowers for a named date are bought in for that date, so a change made less than two days beforehand may not be possible, and the shop will say so rather than substitute silently.

Practical

Seasons, care and privacy

What should a first-time customer prepare?

A colour direction, a budget, the container or the venue, and the date. Photographs are useful as a description of the intended look; they are read as a direction rather than copied stem for stem, because the market decides what is genuinely available that week.

Where can privacy information be found?

The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how to ask for its removal.

Start with a conversation

A design consultation costs nothing, commits nobody, and ends with a written note of what was discussed.

When the season turns

An email when the flowers on the bench change with the season, a few times a year. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
