The ceremony itself, from the venue walk-through to the last reading: the processional, who stands where, the music cues, the rehearsal the evening before, and the hour either side on the day. One planner is present throughout. Officiant fees, venue fees and musicians are billed by those suppliers and are not included here. Send the date through the contact form before anything else.

The reception run as a timed schedule written in advance and held on the day: room layout, supplier arrival windows, the order of speeches against the order of service, and the close-down after the last guest. One planner runs the floor from setup until the last van leaves. Venue hire, catering and bar are contracted and paid by the couple direct.

Both days' work and the year between them. Budget built first, then suppliers shortlisted, quoted and contracted, then the run sheet, the rehearsal and the day itself. It is quoted as one fee rather than as a bundle so that nothing is priced twice. Supplier costs are the couple's own and are paid direct; this fee is the planning only.

Caterer shortlisting against the venue's kitchen, tasting arrangements, dietary requirements collected from the guest list, and the service schedule for the day. The fee starts at seven hundred and sixty dollars and rises with the guest count; the figure is confirmed in writing once that count is known. The caterer invoices the couple separately.

A scheme for the ceremony and the tables, written as a brief a named florist can quote from: stem counts, colour, the arrangements by size and a delivery window against the run sheet. The fee starts at nine hundred and eighty dollars and rises with the number of arrangements. The florist's own invoice is separate and is paid direct.

Custom quoted in writing
A shortlist of venues matched to the date, the guest count and the budget, with each visit arranged and attended. The price depends on how many venues are searched and how far the search travels, and a written quotation follows the first conversation. Nothing on this website holds a venue or a date; the enquiry opens a conversation by email or telephone.

The contact form sends the name, email address, optional telephone number, the service named and the message. Nothing else is collected and nothing is charged.
Jonah Reyes answers by email or telephone during opening hours, confirms the scope and states the price that applies. A “from” or custom price becomes an exact figure at this point.
Only after that reply is anything held. Book a consultation opens the same enquiry form as every other contact action on this website, so a date is asked for here and confirmed by the studio separately; the website never states that a date is free until that confirmation has come back.
The descriptions above are written so a visitor can choose without asking. When two still look equally suitable, the shorter path is to send one message naming both: the studio answers with the one that fits the date, the guest count and how much is already arranged. Access needs and supplier restrictions are answered the same way, in writing, well before the date.
