Each one carries its own scope and its own price. Catering and floral design start from a stated figure, and the venue search is quoted in writing before anything is agreed.

One plan, and all of it in writing
Vestry Rose Weddings takes a small number of weddings a year on purpose. One planner holds the whole timeline, every supplier quote is put in writing before it is agreed, and the running order is rehearsed before the day rather than improvised on it. A couple reads the price for the stated scope on the Services page, and the figure in the written reply is the figure that was on the page.

What couples ask first
How does a couple choose between full planning and the two single services?
Read the three descriptions on the Services page and choose by how much of the day needs holding. Ceremony planning and reception management each cover one half of the day and are priced separately; bought together they come to less than full wedding planning, which also carries the months of supplier work before the day and is the only one of the three that does. A couple who already has a venue and a caterer usually wants the two halves.
Are the prices on the Services page final?
Three of the six prices are final for the scope described beside them. Catering coordination and floral design carry a “from” figure because the supplier count changes with the guest list, and the venue search is quoted in writing for the shortlist and the date. In each of those three the exact amount is confirmed in writing before anything is agreed.
What should a couple know before the first consultation?
Vestry Rose Weddings takes twelve weddings a year and holds one consultation open each week. Bring the date if it is fixed, the rough number of guests and the figure the whole day has to fit inside. The studio says what that figure will and will not reach rather than quoting for a day it cannot deliver, and it says so in the first reply rather than after a deposit.
Can a date be held before anything is agreed?
Yes, and it is the only thing the studio holds in advance. One date is held for fourteen days through the venue search enquiry: a message names the date, the number of people and anything the studio should know, and a written reply confirms the date and the quoted amount before it is held. Nothing is charged for the hold.
