Four roles across six services

Each role concentrates on two of the six services. The emphasis is the same across all four: safe testing, a written scope, and approval before any added work.

  • The inside of an opened panelboard, its breakers arranged in two columns with each way numbered.

    Dale Ferris

    Owner and lead electrician

Leads diagnostic and service-upgrade work with a written account of symptoms, readings and options. The role separates what is known from what still needs testing, and does not promise a repair result before the installation is inspected.

  • A closed metal distribution cabinet on a wall, its door carrying a yellow electrical hazard triangle.

    Nora Vasquez

    Service coordinator

Turns enquiries into useful service notes by confirming property type, board type, postal code, access needs and the behaviour being reported. This role explains the next response window without advertising round-the-clock or guaranteed emergency attendance.

  • Conduits curving along a service corridor on a working site, with figures working at a distance.

    Marcus Ostrow

    Senior electrician

Concentrates on fault finding, circuit repair and panel safety inspection. Each visit follows the same sequence of tests, so a finding can be explained against a reading rather than reduced to a one-line recommendation.

  • Two lengths of red cable ducting laid side by side across an asphalt surface.

    Priya Raman

    Lighting and controls specialist

Focuses on lighting layouts, switching and dimming controls, and charge-point circuits. The role uses measurements and the existing board layout to establish what a circuit can carry before any fitting is specified.

What the firm concentrates on

One electrician stays with one job from the first reading to the handover. That is why a visit is booked against a scope rather than against an hour.

Start with a diagnostic visit

Readings first, written down and shown, with the options set out before anything is fitted.

Notes from the workshop, occasionally

An email when a code change affects domestic boards, or when a seasonal check is worth a reminder. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
