FAQ
Questions worth answering before the first conversation.
What to send, what the prices cover and how a bay time gets confirmed.
Before contacting
Estimates, timing, access and certification.
Is an enquiry a confirmed appointment?
No. We reply with a bay time once we know the vehicle, the symptom and how long the job is likely to hold a lift.
What information should I send?
Year, make, model, mileage and what the car is doing. A short video of a noise helps more than a description. Never send payment or identity details.
Are the listed prices final?
No. They are starting prices. The written estimate after inspection is the number you approve before work begins.
How are accessibility needs handled?
Tell us in the enquiry. The lot and the waiting room are step-free, and drop-off timing can be arranged around your needs.
Are qualifications verified?
Yes. Technicians hold current ASE certification and the shop is licensed for state safety and emissions inspection.
Is payment collected here?
No. Nothing is collected through this site. Payment is taken at the counter when the car is picked up.
Can timing change?
Yes. A back-ordered part or a fault that turns out to be something else will move a promised time, and we call before it does.
How do I begin?
Send the vehicle details and the symptom from the contact page, and we come back with a bay time and an estimate range.
