Eight questions, answered plainly
Grouped by what the question is about: choosing and paying for a service, getting in touch, and how a first visit actually runs.
Service
About the work itself
How should a visitor choose a service?
Start with the service descriptions and prices. Contact the business when two options appear equally suitable.
What should a first-time visitor prepare?
Provide the make, model and mileage, a concise description of the fault and the service history if it is to hand. Do not attempt a repair that requires the car to be raised.
Is a diagnostic scan suitable for every car?
Suitability depends on the vehicle and on what the enquiry asks for. The contact form can be used to ask before proceeding.

Getting in touch and what happens next
Can a visitor request a specific staff member?
Yes. Use the contact form to name a preferred staff member; availability is confirmed separately.
If the question is not here, the contact form reaches the firm directly and an answer does not require a visit. Send a question instead.
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an appointment.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or contact form. The business confirms any change directly.

Prices, changes and privacy
Are the displayed prices final?
Published prices apply to the stated scope. Any “from” or custom price requires a confirmed estimate before work begins.
Where can privacy information be found?
The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected and how to request removal.
