The result is agreed before the first section is taken

Morrow Strand Salon works from references and a spoken brief, confirms the scope and the price out loud, and begins only once both have been agreed.

A section combed through before anything is cut.

Three of the six

Every service has a written scope and a published price. The three below are the ones most first visits start with; the full six are on the services page.

How Morrow Strand Salon works

The brief is taken first, in words and in references, and read back before anything begins. The scope and the price are confirmed out loud at that point, and a result that turns out to need more than the booked service is re-quoted rather than quietly extended.

The room, the tools and the work

Eight photographs. The captions say what each one shows, and none of them is presented as work completed by Morrow Strand Salon.

  • The back of a salon guest beneath a striped cutting cape, with the room softly out of focus.
A cutting cape keeps loose hair off clothing and leaves the neckline visible.
  • The back of sectioned dark hair with a comb and anonymous hands working close to the crown.
Clean partings keep cutting and color placement deliberate from root to ends.
  • A softly focused back-of-head silhouette facing a salon mirror, with the work area sharp beyond it.
A second mirror angle helps check balance before a shape is finished.

The people who do the work

Four stylists, each concentrating on two of the six services. A visitor may ask for a particular one through the contact form.

  • A compact salon room with two backwash basins, arched mirrors and black chairs on tiled floor.

    Renata Salvi

    Founder and creative director

Leads major shape changes and collaborative consultations, balancing the desired look with current length, texture and at-home routine. The role makes the maintenance commitment visible before the service is chosen and avoids promising an identical copy of a reference image.

  • Long straight brown hair falling over a blue cape, seen from behind with the face out of frame.

    Imogen Marsh

    Senior colorist

Concentrates on dimensional color, gloss work and carefully staged color changes. Every enquiry is read against color history and timeframe so the salon can explain whether a consultation, test strand or multi-visit plan may be needed.

Four questions, answered plainly

How should a visitor choose a service?

Start with the service descriptions and prices. Contact the business when two options appear equally suitable.

Are the displayed prices final?

Published prices apply to the stated scope. Any “from” or custom price requires a confirmed estimate before work begins.

What should a first-time visitor prepare?

Bring useful references and explain the intended result, constraints and timing. References guide the conversation but are not copied automatically.

Can a visitor request a specific staff member?

Yes. Use the contact form to name a preferred staff member; availability is confirmed separately.

A question about a service, a reference or a price

The contact form takes a question and sends it to the salon. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one confirms a time by itself.

Occasional notes from the salon

An email address only, used to send occasional notes about the salon. No offers chased by a countdown and no third party.
