Send one question about a learner, get one written answer

This form sends a message to Quillfield Tutoring. It does not book, hold or confirm a lesson. The form is for parents, guardians and adult learners. A reply comes by email, or by telephone if a number is given, during opening hours: Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, or Saturday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Four steps, and none of them is a booking

    The message arrives

    The form sends what is typed on this page to the Quillfield inbox. Nothing is charged, nothing is held and no lesson exists at this point.

  2. 02

    A written answer comes back

    A reply is written by email within one working day. It names a suitable tutor and the weekly times that tutor has open, rather than inviting a call to ask the question again.

  3. 03

    School papers are named, not requested here

    Where the answer depends on a report card or marked work, the reply says which pages help and how to share them safely. Nothing is ever attached to this form.

  4. 04

    A lesson time is agreed by email

    If a lesson or a starting assessment is the sensible next step, a time is agreed in that email thread. This website holds no timetable and confirms no time.

Learner level decides which tutor and which service can help; the other three are optional and let the first reply be specific instead of a request for more information.

The answer differs for a Grade 4 reader and a college student.

40 characters maximum. A date or a description both work.

The question itself. A written answer needs enough to work from.

20 to 1200 characters. Do not send student ID numbers, medical records or documents through this form.
