03 · Close the gaps

Partial planning

Partial planning supports an event already underway while concentrating on unresolved priorities. The agreed scope may cover vendor shortlists, schedule development and selected design decisions. Existing contracts remain with the client, and added categories require a revised estimate.

  • selected vendor research
  • working timeline
  • decision tracking

Best for: events with a venue or core vendors secured but several planning gaps remaining.

04 · Build the whole

  • vendor coordination
  • event handoff

Best for: complex celebrations that need one consistent planning lead from the beginning.

06 · Read the room

  • on-site review
  • flow observations
  • follow-up notes

How contact works

From first note to clear scope

  1. Share the event. Send the date window, guest range and the decisions already made.
  2. Clarify fit. June Assembly Events confirms which service matches the current planning stage.
  3. Agree the boundary. Price, inclusions and the next useful step are confirmed before work begins.

Not sure which route fits? Start with a general event enquiry; no reservation is created by making contact.
