Which planning service fits an event already underway?
Partial planning is intended for hosts who have a venue or key vendors secured but still have unresolved logistics, sourcing or timeline decisions. Use the enquiry form to describe what is already confirmed so the remaining scope can be assessed.
What do the “from” prices include?
Each service lists its baseline inclusions and limits. Event size, venue access, travel and added vendor coordination can change the estimate; June Assembly confirms the written scope and price before work begins.
What should be included in the first enquiry?
Share the event type, preferred date or date window, estimated guest range, venue status and the decisions already made. A short list of current priorities is more useful than a finished mood board.
Does coordination include venue or vendor contracts?
No. Coordination organizes the agreed event plan and vendor handoff, but purchasing, venue contracts and outside-provider agreements remain between the host and those providers unless a written scope says otherwise.
Does submitting the form reserve a date?
No. The form starts a fit and availability conversation. A date is only held after June Assembly confirms availability and the parties complete the stated agreement and payment steps.
How are timeline or guest-count changes handled?
Send the change as soon as it is known. June Assembly identifies which planning tasks, vendor questions or fees are affected and confirms any revised scope before proceeding.
Can design direction be booked without full planning?
Yes. Design direction can be a focused visual-planning service when the venue and production responsibilities are already clear. It does not include purchasing, fabrication or floral production.
How is information from an event enquiry used?
The details are used to assess fit, scope and availability and to reply to the sender. The Privacy page explains the information collected, retention approach and removal requests.
