    Principal consultant

    Marcus Ellery founded Meridian Loop Advisory after twelve years running operations at regional logistics and home-health companies. He leads AI readiness reviews and strategy decision sessions, and he writes every recommendation so that an owner without a technical background can act on it.

    Dana Whitcomb leads data and reporting cleanups and supports the data side of automation sprints. She spent nine years as a business analyst in retail and distribution, and she starts every engagement by writing down what each figure is supposed to mean before touching a dashboard.

    Tobias Reyes coordinates every engagement from the first enquiry to the final handover: scheduling interviews and workshops, sending preparation lists and keeping the written scope current. He also runs the logistics of AI use policy workshops and the monthly rhythm of fractional advisory clients.
