Moving FAQ
Questions before boxes move.
The answers below define the enquiry, standard scope and third-party boundaries. A specific plan requires written confirmation.
What begins a move plan?
An origin, destination, desired timing, access description, standard-item outline and service question. Nothing is booked until scope and price are confirmed.
Is an online price a final estimate?
No. Listed prices are starting points. Route, access, items, required authority, providers and timing can change the written price.
Which items are not part of a standard move?
Hazardous materials, specialist lifting, regulated items, high-risk valuables and items prohibited by applicable rules require review or another provider.
How are stairs, lifts and parking handled?
The enquiry records entrances, stairs, lifts, parking or loading constraints and available access windows. Building approval remains the customer or property contact responsibility unless stated otherwise.
What happens if weather or access changes?
Material changes are communicated and the timing, route or scope may need revision. No on-time or uninterrupted-service guarantee is made.
Does Harborline operate storage facilities?
No storage-facility operation is claimed. Harborline may coordinate a documented intake handoff with an appropriate separate provider.
Are longer-distance moves available?
They may be considered only after route, provider authority, applicable rules, item boundary and written scope are confirmed.
How is a move booked?
Submit the move-plan enquiry or use the telephone or email link. Booking occurs only after route, access, items, price, responsibilities and timing are confirmed.
