Four roles across six services

Each role concentrates on two of the six services. The emphasis is the same across all four: safe diagnosis, a written scope, and approval before any added work.

  • A cast metal air vent set into a stone wall, its louvres worn and open.

    Wendell Crabtree

    Owner and lead technician

Leads diagnostic and replacement-assessment work with a written account of symptoms, observations and options. The role separates what is known from what still needs measurement and does not promise a repair result before the system is inspected.

  • An outdoor condenser unit standing beside a stone wall, its finned coil face turned to the garden.

    Nadia Belcher

    Service coordinator

Turns enquiries into useful service notes by confirming property type, system type, postal code, access needs and the behavior being reported. This role explains the next response window without advertising round-the-clock or guaranteed emergency service.

  • A building vent choked with dust and lint at the face of its grille.

    Rafael Ontiveros

    Senior HVAC technician

Concentrates on heating and cooling diagnostics, seasonal maintenance and equipment condition. Each visit follows a consistent sequence so findings can be explained clearly instead of reduced to a one-line recommendation.

  • Two technicians in high-visibility vests rigging a large duct elbow into position on a working site.

    Simone Whitaker

    Airflow and controls specialist

Focuses on airflow, thermostat behavior and comfort differences between rooms. The role uses measurements and system context to help distinguish control, distribution and equipment concerns before suggesting a path forward.

What the firm concentrates on

One technician stays with one job from the first reading to the handover. That is why a visit is booked against a scope rather than against an hour.

Start with a diagnostic visit

Readings first, written down and shown, with the options set out before anything is fitted.

Seasonal notes, occasionally

An email when the seasonal tune-up window opens or a filter schedule is worth a reminder. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
