How Terra Modern handles the information you send through this website. Plain language, no small print.
01 What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number, the property you ask about and your message — or just an email address if you join the mailing list.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking.
02 How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a private viewing and follow up on the homes or services you asked about. Mailing-list addresses receive occasional notes about new homes in the collection.
03 Who sees it
Terra Modern agents, and the service providers that deliver our email. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
04 How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to your search or sale and then deleted. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list with one click at any time.
05 Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, which we honour on request.
