Four walkers work out of 112 Juniper Row. The six services are divided between them in pairs, so every service has someone whose day it mostly is, and an owner always knows who that would be.
Founder and lead walker
Leads the group trail walks and every meet-and-settle visit, matching a new dog to a group by size, pace and play style rather than by breed. Ends a walk early when a dog has had enough, and says so plainly in the note that follows it.
Senior trail walker
Takes the morning trail groups and the solo walks that need quiet handling, including dogs that pull or bark on the lead. Keeps a dog on the lead wherever the ground is open, and lets one off only where the recall has already been seen to work.
Client and dog coordinator
Collects the details that make an enquiry useful: the dog's age and size, its recall, its lead manners and how it behaves around other dogs. This role helps choose a service without making veterinary claims or promising a place through the form.
Daycare-room assistant
Runs the rest periods, the midday feeds and the calm transitions between the yard and the daycare room. Keeps water, bedding and crates clean, and writes down anything the lead walker should raise with the owner.

The contact form takes a question and sends it to the office. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one confirms a place by itself.
An email address only, used to send occasional notes about the routes and the daycare room. No offers chased by a countdown and no third party.
It is published in the open, where anyone can copy it, so it is left short of its final polish and audit pass. The design chosen is fully audited and polished before it goes live.
