The rooms, the materials and the work

Eight photographs with a factual caption on each. They show the rooms and materials the six services use; none of them is presented as an appointment carried out by Cedarlight Day Spa.

01 Warmed stones laid out along the back near the end of the hour; the room is kept low-lit because the appointment is meant to read as rest.
02 The sauna is booked as a slot, so the benches are never shared with people a visitor has not arrived with.

07 A room set out before an appointment. The burner, the diffusers and the petals are the whole of the scent-work, they are optional at any point, and everything that touches skin is cleaned between visits.
08 The pool room, which is kept as quiet as the rest of the building. There is one chair at the far end and a palm beside it, and that is the whole of the decoration in there.
