Lead tailor and fitting specialist
Leads structured fittings for jackets, dresses and formalwear, translating fit concerns into measured changes before any seam is opened. The role explains what can be altered cleanly, what may change the garment balance and when a second fitting is sensible.
Senior alterations specialist
Concentrates on hems, waist adjustments, sleeve work and repairs that must disappear into the original construction. Each garment is assessed for seam allowance, fabric behavior and finishing method before a price or timing expectation is confirmed.
Client fitting coordinator
Prepares fitting notes, garment counts and needed-by dates so the workroom can answer accurately. This role helps clients arrive with the right shoes or underlayers and keeps collection details clear without pretending a message reserves a fitting.
Garment finishing specialist
Handles pressing, hand finishing, button work and the last quality check under natural and task light. The role reviews stitch tension, symmetry and movement so the garment leaves the workshop looking intentional rather than visibly altered.
Between the four of them, every service on the list has somebody who works on it. Naming a preferred person on the contact form is possible; availability is confirmed separately.
