This site is run by EZWebee, a one-person studio. It collects nothing on its own: the only details it ever receives are the ones typed into one of its forms and submitted deliberately.

The contact form

What is entered in the contact form is sent as an email to the EZWebee inbox using Resend, the email delivery service this site uses. That is: the name and email address, the message, the service selected, the business type, whether there is already a website, and which catalogue design was being looked at when the form was opened. Only the name, the email address and the message are required; the rest are sent only when they are filled in.

Nothing from the contact form is saved in this website or in any database behind it. The enquiry exists as an email in that inbox, and it is kept there for no longer than three months and then deleted. To have an enquiry deleted, reply to it and say so, or send the request through the contact page.

The mailing list

An address entered in the mailing-list box is stored with Resend so that the list can be sent later. Nothing else is stored with it — no name, no other detail.

If that storage is not reachable at the moment the form is used, the site tries instead to send the address as an email to the same inbox the contact form reaches. If that does not work either, the page says so rather than reporting success. An address that arrives by that route sits in an inbox rather than on a mailing list, and it is removed on request in the same way as an enquiry.

The list is used only for what it says: occasional news from EZWebee. An address given for one purpose is never used for another. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address.

What this site does not do

• No cookies are set by this site.
• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts that profile visitors.
• No details are sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing.
• No account is created and no login exists on this site.

Each form carries a hidden field that browsers do not show; it exists to catch automated spam and is never filled in by a person.

Who else sees it

Four outside services are involved in running the site, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and handles the requests to it, which includes the ordinary server-level information every web host processes.
• Resend delivers the email and holds the mailing-list addresses.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface these pages are set in.
• jsDelivr serves the icon set used across the pages.

The last two are content delivery networks: the browser fetches a stylesheet and a font file from them as each page loads, which means they receive the ordinary request information any server receives — an IP address and a browser identifier. Nothing typed into a form on this site is sent to either of them.

All four are used as service providers, not as partners with their own use of the data.

Work carried out for clients

This page covers this website. A project has its own written agreement, and anything found or handled during a digital footprint and exposure check is confidential to the client who commissioned it and is never shared or published.

Asking about your details

To ask what is held, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, send the request through the contact page, which reaches the same EZWebee inbox. It is one person reading, so any reply comes directly from EZWebee.

If how any of this works changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
