Four people across six services

The planner who runs the consultation is the planner who runs the day. Each desk below owns a stage of the work, and all four sit in the same room on Peck Street.

  • A long table under a white cloth with blush napkins, gold chairs and table number one on a turned wooden stand.

    Nadia Marlowe

    Founder and lead planner

Runs the full-planning weddings from the first consultation to the last car, and writes the schedule every other supplier works to. Fifteen years in hotel banqueting before the office opened, which is why the run sheet always states who unlocks the door and who signs for the flowers.

  • A tall arrangement of dark red roses and grey-green foliage on a turned wooden stand, set outdoors above gold chairs.

    Tobias Vine

    Design director

Draws the design scheme to the measured room rather than to a photograph, then costs it before anyone falls in love with it. Handles palette, florals, linen, lighting and table layout, and says plainly when an idea will cost four times what the couple expects.

  • The corner of a round reception table: a white cloth, blush napkins folded on white plates and gold chair backs.

    Priya Raghunathan

    Production manager

Holds the supplier contracts, the access times and the budget tracker, and re-confirms every booking in writing eight weeks out. Venue comparisons and site-visit reports are written by this desk, including the charges that are easy to miss in a hire quotation.

  • A bouquet of cream, peach and lilac roses with white stocks and trailing eucalyptus, held against a pale pink dress.

    Emmett Sorensen

    Coordination lead

Leads the pair of coordinators who run the wedding day itself, from supplier access in the morning to the last car at night. Also takes the rehearsal, so that the people walking in on the day have already walked it once.

What the office concentrates on

One wedding to a date, from the first conversation to the last car. That single rule is why the office takes fewer weddings in a year than four people could physically run.

Start with a consultation

It costs nothing, commits nobody, and ends with a written summary of what was discussed and what it would cost.

Dates and finished work, occasionally

An email when new plates go up on the wall or a Saturday opens in the diary. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
