A consultation comes first and costs nothing. Suppliers are recommended and never resold: no commission is taken from a florist, a caterer or a band, and every contract is signed between the couple and the supplier directly. Nothing is held until the scope, the supplier list, the schedule and the fee are all agreed in writing.

Four people cover the six services. A preferred planner can be named on the contact form, and availability is confirmed separately.
Founder and lead planner
Runs the full-planning weddings from the first consultation to the last car, and writes the schedule every other supplier works to. Fifteen years in hotel banqueting before the office opened, which is why the run sheet always states who unlocks the door and who signs for the flowers.
Design director
Draws the design scheme to the measured room rather than to a photograph, then costs it before anyone falls in love with it. Handles palette, florals, linen, lighting and table layout, and says plainly when an idea will cost four times what the couple expects.
Production manager
Holds the supplier contracts, the access times and the budget tracker, and re-confirms every booking in writing eight weeks out. Venue comparisons and site-visit reports are written by this desk, including the charges that are easy to miss in a hire quotation.
Coordination lead
Leads the pair of coordinators who run the wedding day itself, from supplier access in the morning to the last car at night. Also takes the rehearsal, so that the people walking in on the day have already walked it once.

No. One full-planning or partial-planning wedding is accepted for any given date, and the planner who runs the consultation is the planner who runs the day. A date is never double-booked to fill the diary.
Yes. Name the planner in the message field on the contact form. Availability is confirmed separately, and a request for a named planner is never treated as a booking.
It costs nothing, commits nobody, and ends with a written summary of what was discussed and what it would cost.
An email when new plates go up on the wall or a Saturday opens in the diary. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
It is published in the open, where anyone can copy it, so it is left short of its final polish and audit pass. The design chosen is fully audited and polished before it goes live.
