Questions, answered plainly
Eight questions in three groups: choosing a plan, getting in touch, and the practical parts of a membership.
Plans
About the space itself
How should a visitor choose a plan?
Start with the six plans and the price printed under each one. Contact the workspace when two of them look equally suitable, or take a day pass and decide after a day on the floor.
Are the published prices final?
A published price applies to the scope printed under it. Where a figure begins with “from”, it is confirmed after a visit and put in writing before a start date is set.
Can a member move between plans?
Yes. A change takes effect from the start of the next month and is confirmed in writing. A day pass taken in the same week a membership starts is credited against the first invoice.
Is the open floor quiet?
The open floor is a working room rather than a silent one. Calls are taken in the booths along the back wall, and the eight-seat room exists for conversations that need a door closed.
A question that is not on this page can go straight to the workspace. The contact form sends it and starts nothing. Send a question instead.

Getting in touch and what happens next
Does the website confirm a membership?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; a membership begins only once it has been agreed directly and written down.
How are cancellations handled?
A monthly plan ends with thirty days’ notice, given by telephone or through the contact form. The workspace confirms the end date directly and in writing.
Practical
Access, changes and privacy
Can members get in outside opening hours?
Dedicated desk and private studio members hold a key fob that opens the street door at any hour. Reception is staffed during the published opening hours only, and nobody is on site outside them.
Where can privacy information be found?
The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be removed.
A question about a plan, a room or a price
The contact form takes a question and sends it to the workspace. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one starts a membership by itself.
