Training and advisory lead
Leads the team training and the advisory sessions, and aims to leave each client able to run the work alone. Simone runs the training sessions and the standing advisory hour with existing clients.
Grant Whelan
Engagement coordinator
Supports the discovery workshops and workflow reviews, and keeps the notes, the dates and the invoicing straight. Grant schedules the work, keeps the notes and documents for each engagement and handles invoicing.
