This notice covers the Merrick & Vance website. It explains the information you choose to send us and how it is used. It was last updated in September 2026.

What we collect

• Enquiries — the name, email address, optional phone number, property of interest, and message you enter on the contact form.
• Subscriptions — the email address you enter to receive listings and research.
• Basic server logs — standard technical records kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

Enquiries are used only to reply to you, arrange tours, and share the offering materials you ask for. Subscription addresses are used only to send listings and market research. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as a conversation or transaction is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet record-keeping obligations. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in every message.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Write to [email protected] or call (212) 555-0180 and we will respond within 30 days.
