What we collect

When you send a message, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the home you are asking about, and your message. If you join our monthly letter, we receive your email address.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange showings you ask for, and — if you subscribed — send the monthly letter. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Messages are delivered through a small number of service providers that host this website and our email. They handle your details on our behalf and for no other purpose. If you ask us for a lender, inspector, or mover introduction, we only pass on your details with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are helping you, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time using the link in every email.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
