Our story
Coastal Haven is a small brokerage with a single focus: the homes of the Serena Coast, sold by people who genuinely love living here.
How it began
Marisol Reyes grew up on this shoreline, learning which dunes flood and which decks catch the last of the light long before she ever sold a house. When she founded Coastal Haven in 2008, it was around one idea: a coastal home should be sold by someone who actually understands the coast — the tides, the salt air, the seawalls, and the particular joy of a door that opens straight to the sand.
Nearly two decades on, that belief still shapes everything. We stay small on purpose, so every client works with a senior advisor who knows their stretch of shoreline by heart.

What we value
We will talk you out of the wrong home as quickly as we will show you the right one. A drainage problem or a failing seawall is not worth a commission.
Buying by the water is emotional. We move at the pace of your decision, not ours, and never push you toward a deadline that is really about us.
Flood maps, tide lines, slip rights, salt-air upkeep — we know the things about coastal homes that only come from living here for decades.
Come say hello
Whether you are years away or ready this season, a good conversation is always the right first step.
The tide report
A short, occasional note when a home worth the tide comes up — often before it reaches the open market.
It is published in the open, where anyone can copy it, so it is left short of its final polish and audit pass. The design chosen is fully audited and polished before it goes live.
