The four people who do the work

Four groomers work at 74 Clover Walk. The six services are divided between them in pairs, so every service has someone whose day it mostly is, and a visitor always knows who that would be.

  • A groomer seen from behind at a grooming table in a wide salon room, working on a small brown dog.

    Rosalind Tey

    Founder and care lead

Leads full grooms and first-visit consultations with attention to coat condition, handling comfort and a realistic maintenance plan. The role pauses when a pet shows distress and explains when a grooming request should be adjusted for comfort or referred elsewhere.

  • A forearm holding a spray head against the coat of a wet dog in a stainless steel bath.

    Mateo Ferraro

    Senior grooming specialist

Concentrates on de-shedding, coat preparation and tidy shaping for double, curly and wire coats. Each service begins with a hands-on coat assessment so timing and method reflect the pet in front of the groomer rather than a generic breed label.

  • A hand held out flat at a dog's muzzle, photographed close, with the rest of the person out of frame.

    Anneke Voss

    Client and pet coordinator

Collects the details that make an enquiry useful: pet type, size range, coat condition, previous grooming experience and handling notes. This role helps choose an appropriate service without making medical claims or promising an appointment through the form.

  • A hand drawing a red brush along the back of a grey and white cat lying on a patterned rug.

    Jonah Quintero

    Coat-care assistant

Supports bathing, drying, brushing and calm transitions between work areas. The role maintains clean tools and low-pressure handling routines while documenting observations that the grooming lead should discuss with the pet owner.

Service focus

The six services are divided between the four groomers in pairs. A visitor may ask for a particular groomer through the contact form; availability is confirmed separately.

A question about a coat, a breed or a price

The contact form takes a question and sends it to the shop. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one confirms a time by itself.

Occasional notes from the shop

An email address only, used to send occasional notes about the shop. No offers chased by a countdown and no third party.
