The enquiry form collects a name, email address, optional telephone number, workshop interest, message and consent. The subscription form collects an email address. Operational hosting may also produce limited security logs such as time, browser and network information.
How information is used
Enquiry details are used to answer questions and discuss workshop format, schedule and access. Subscription details are used to send requested workshop notes. Do not submit health records, client records or other sensitive information.
Retention and security
The buyer must define a retention period appropriate to its operations and apply reasonable access controls. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information, subject to applicable obligations. Marketing messages must include an unsubscribe method. Browser controls can limit non-essential storage if such features are later added.
