How should a visitor choose a service?
The six service pages give the scope, the length and the price of each. A facial, a body polish and a massage are separate appointments and are not combined into one. When the priority is an undisturbed room rather than a particular treatment, the quiet-hour session is the one to ask about; if two still look equally right, a short note through the contact form is enough for the desk to suggest one.
What should a first-time visitor prepare?
Nothing special. Guests are asked to mention skin sensitivities, allergies, recent sun exposure or a new prescription when the appointment is arranged, and to say beforehand if a scented oil should be swapped for the plain unscented lotion. Arriving ten minutes early leaves time to change and settle before the room is used.
Is this a medical or therapeutic service?
No. Stillwater Day Spa is a non-medical day spa, and every service here is a comfort and relaxation service. Nothing treats a skin condition, an injury or a medical complaint, and no diagnosis or advice of that kind is given. Where a doctor has advised against massage, or the skin is broken, inflamed or under treatment, the appointment is postponed.

Can a visitor request a specific staff member?
Yes. Name the preferred specialist in the contact form or on the telephone, and the desk replies with the times that person has free. Quiet-hour sessions are arranged with Harriet Vance, so the room is held before anything else is booked against it.
If the question is about a particular visit, it is quicker to ask directly. Send a question instead.
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an appointment.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or contact form. The business confirms any change directly.

Are the displayed prices final?
Published prices apply to the stated scope. Any “from” or custom price requires a confirmed estimate before work begins.
